ABSTRAK

Kebutuhan gizi manusia merupakan faktor utama untuk keberlangsungan hidup, faktor gizi mempunyai keterkaitan yang erat dengan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Masyarakat pada tingkatan ekonomi menengah dab bawah mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat dengan permasalahan kurangnya gizi. Bahan makanan pokok yang harus menjadi suatu tuntutan dalam pemenuhan gizi, perlahan mulai ditinggalkan karena terlalu tingginya harga yang harus dibeli oleh masyarakat. Dunia perikanan dan kelautan mempunyai sumber daya hayati yang sangat melimpah dan tidak dimiliki oleh bidang lainnya, rumput laut yang merupakan potensi lokal masyarakat pesisir mampu menggantikan kurangnya kebutuhan manusia. Kandungan gizi yang dimiliki oleh rumput laut sebanding dengan kandungan gizi dari bahan makanan yang termasuk dalam empat sehat lima sempurna. Nutrisi yang dikandung oleh rumput laut antara lain karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral, kalsium, protein, lemak, dan air dan semua komponen gizi ini tidak dimiliki oleh setiap satu jenis bahan makanan pokok.

The Mitigation Efforts For Sea Level Raise Disaster In Coastal Area Result Global Warming

SUMMARY

More than 50 percent people of the world live in coastal area and many big city’s stay here included central of government administration not only progress country but also development country. Indonesia have ocean potential that is big and kind, Indonesia have 17.508 island with shoreline 81.000 km and 5.8 milion km² sea or 70 percent from total wide of Indonesia area.

The world organization for climate change (IPCC) said, in the 100 last year happen sea level raise 10-25 cm and at the 2100 latter will be happen sea level raise 19-95 cm. And the sea level raise cause part of land in this world lose like 1 percent land of Egypt lose, 6 % land of

The global warming that happen will evoke sea level raise and ice liquefy in the mountain and in the Antarctic and Arctic pole. And Expansion of sea water and ice sea that cause sea level raise will disturb of stabilization coastal area.

Coastal area is dynamic area because coastal area influence with condition of dynamic of sea, beach is part of coastal area that hold important in coastal environment because there are many activity or interaction between people and people, people and environment, ecology and ecology happen in the beach so the beach condition must be keep

The purpose of writing is give solution about mitigation efforts for sea level raise disaster with study about the result from literature and analyst the effect that will happen from sea water raise result from global warming effect and got mitigation effort or heavy efforts of effect as material act of removal policy for coastal area.

Global warming is increase process average temperature sea and land atmosphere in global scale, since 100 years ago our world did 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) (IPCC, 2001).

Same of research propose that temperature raise happen in global scale, there are IPCC (Inter-govermental Panel On Climate Change) at fourth report said that the global air temperature did increase 0.6 ^oC (1 ^oF) since 1861. NOAA (U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) world temperature in 1998 0.2 ^oC (0.3 ^oF) higher than temperature average the last 50 year, while NASA (2005) Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) mention in 2005 is the year hotter in the last century. In a manner temperature of the world increase 0.8 ^oC

Global warming is effect from over use gases green house, that include green house gases there are CO₂, dynitroxida (N₂O), methane (CH₄), Sulphur hexafluoride (SF₆), perfluoro carbon (PFCs) dan hydrofluorocarbon (HFCs).

In the simple, the happen of global warming result green house effect is the heat of sun distribute and fill in the earth surface then the heat of sun will be bounce back to atmosphere by earth surface, the part heat of the sun that bounce back from earth will bounce back by green house gases in the atmosphere. And the heat of the sun stay in the earth surface so the temperature in the earth hotter.

The effect of global warming for earth is liquefy ice in the north pole and south pole, the moving of climate, sea level raise and the effect else continuation like potential fail of harvest, the clean water crisis, and extinct of million species from animal and plant.

One of effect global warming is sea level raise, result from expansion of water sea cause temperature raise in global scale that evoke global will be influence for society of coastal area.

Same effect that will be happen result sea level raise there are will influence for coastal line, beach ecology in the coastal area, sea water intrusion, and for buildings condition.

Look at effect result from sea level raise disaster so needed mitigation efforts as a heavy effort and disaster solving. In this writing will offer step for do mitigation for sea level raise disaster.

The mitigation effort can do with do MITIGATION I effort and MITIGATION II effort, the mitigation I effort is do something for solving or lose of cause disaster it means that sea level raise result global warming that cause of use green house gases so the mitigation effort that will do is decries and limitation use of green house gases with tight

Mitigation II is mitigation effort from suitable adaptation from effect that happen, it means mitigation that do adaptation, like build high building, relocation to mountain or deepening of area

The step of mitigation can do with, find information about object (Sea level raise) and give information, planning and action design, realization and then monitoring act. It may be able to decries about effect will be happen its result sea level raise.

And for continue writing a mapping area that will object effect can be map with help soft ware GIS so can knew the areas that potential effected with the time way so removal decision is suitable with real condition

STUDENT EXCHANGE KE UNIMAP MALAYSIA

Program Student Exchange ke Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) merupakan rangkaian program dari beasiswa unggulan untuk Aktivis dari DIKTI, diikuti oleh Mahasiswa dai Universitas Diponegoro dengan jumlah 6 Mahasiswa, yaitu Anam Suwastika Suparno (FaPET), Buddin Al Hakim (Fak. Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan), Khoirul Bariyah (MIPA), Nurina D L(FKM), Rekinatus N NS. (MIPA) dan Wuri Anny Yumantini (FT), Program ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 November sampai dengan 13 Desember 2008. Untuk perkuliahan akan dilaksanakan di Departemen Enggenering (Kejuruteraan Bahan), Selain belajar di Universiti, Denghan program ini akan diadakan penelitian mengenai kultur budaya masyarakat perbatasan Thailand-Malaysia. dan Mengenal lebih dekat tentang kondisi TKI di negeri Jiran. Selain program tersebut diharapkan dari program yang ada mahasiswa mampu mempelajari model belajar dai Mahasiswa Malaysia serta kebiasaan masayarakat dan mahasiswa di Malaysia.

METODE PENDIDIKAN KKI SEBAGI SALAH SATU PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA DIKALANGAN REMAJA

Bicara mengenai pendidikan untuk pencegahan Narkoba, memang akan terasa basi, karena banyak masyarakat yang mulai tidak percaya dengan upaya-upaya pendidikan yang dapat mencegah dampak dari Narkoba.

Jangan patah arang terlebih dahulu, karena kini ada metode KKI yang hasilnya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan untuk mencegah dampak dari Narkoba. dan metode ini efektif untuk kalangan remaja.

MITIGASI BENCANA AKIBAT KENAIKAN MUKA AIR LAUT

Kenaikan muka air laut telah terjadi dan jika tidak ditangani secepatnya dapat menenggelamkan pulau-pulau kecil di wilayah pesisir, Dikutip dari IPCC (2001), menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2100 kenaikan muka air laut mencapai 1 m, bayangkan jika ini benar-benar terjadi, Berapa luas wilayah Indnesia yang akan hilang karena ditenggelamkan oleh air laut.

Pada prinsipnya kenaikan muka air laut disebabkan oleh adanya Global Warming, dan kita telah sepakat bahwa salah satu yang menyebabkan Global Warming semakin tak terbendung adalah akibat dari penggunaan Gas Efek Rumah kaca yang berlebihan...

Jadi Jelas Langkah yang harus kita lakukan, jangan menambah beban bumi dengan membuang sampah sembarang, Polusi, and Jangan Merokok...

PEMFOKUSAN GELOMBANG LAUT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ENERGI GELOMBANG

Kelangkaan energi listrik di dunia membawa pengaruh penting buat keilmuan dunia, banyak hal-hal baru yang muncul akibat dari krisis yang membawa nikmat ini.

Laut yang mempunyai sejuta potensi ternyata dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan manusia, dalam mengembangkan energi alternatif Energi laut tak dapat dipandang sebelah mata, Dengan memanfaatkan eneri mekanik laut kita dapat merubahnya menjadi energi panas yang selanjutnya menjadi energi listrik.

Untuk menjadikan energi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih besar naka kita memfokuskan energi gelombang yang ada sehingga Energinya bertambah besar dan listrik yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih besar. (selanjutnya)
